1. ABOUT PERSONAL USE, COMMERCIAL USE,
AND FULL LICENSING RIGHTS
Base price is for personal use only. Commercial use and full licensing rights are separate and will cost an additional fee, in which the exact quote can be discussed. Please refer to the table below to see what perks comes with personal use, commercial use, and full licensing rights.

2. ABOUT REFUNDS
Refunds are only available if I haven’t started the work or if I fail to deliver the product/update within an agreed timeframe. Refunds won't be applicable if the commission cannot be completed within the agreed timeframe due to a lack of communication from the buyer, or if the deadline has been mutually extended due to revisions or other agreed circumstances. For milestone payments, once a milestone is paid and update delivered, it can't be refunded if you cancel the commission before all milestones are completed.3. ABOUT USE BY THIRD PARTIES
The buyer of the model (regardless of license tier) may commission or hire a third party artists to modify or edit the model on their behalf. Third-party artists are granted access only for the purpose of providing a service to the purchaser and may not reuse, redistribute, resell, keep or claim rights to the model or any derivative works. All modified or derivative versions of the model will always remain subject to my terms of service.4. AFTER-DELIVERY SERVICE
After commission is finished and the model delivered, the buyer may report issues they encountered after testing the model. Any issue will be fixed free of charge. And any minor or major revisions requested after the commission is completed are allowed but will be charged accordingly.5. CREDITS AND THE ARTIST'S RIGHTS
It is optional for the buyer of the model (regardless of license tier) to give credits to the artist, fuku368. However it is prohibited for the buyer of the model (regardless of license tier) to claim that they created the model. By default, the artist (fuku368) reserve the right to showcase commissioned model as portfolio on social media for promotional purposes unless the buyer explicitly request otherwise.
